Instructions for soil movement on the property were followed to the letter, and both sites were left in great condition - ready for quick return to natural state. Equipment was moved on and off the property in such a way that it looked like it was never there.

My project became much more than I anticipated when problems with the construction were uncovered in the demo phase. It became a tear-down and rebuild. Mike was very helpful in explaining my options and the new design. Mike's experience with grading and construction were put to the test and he passed with flying colors. He listened to my input and built our house the way we wanted it. We love our new house and I am glad Mike was the contractor. He was involved in all aspects from start to finish.

Had 70' of 5' high Block Wall installed which included French Drain and drain rock behind the wall. Some excavation was required. Also had 46' of my concrete Driveway saw-cut and concrete replaced to fix a drainage problem that existed since the Driveway was installed. I worked for 45 years in the Building and Construction trades so I know Contractors and I would put Mike and his crew right up at the top of the list with respect to the conscientious work ethic Mike and his crew demonstrated. They go the extra mile to get things right and built the way it should be!
